What are your options after Year 12?
To help answer that question, MacKillop holds a Careers Expo in May each year, providing students with access to universities, CIT, industry, employer groups, apprenticeship centres, and more!
The College held its Careers Expo last night in the Isabella Campus’ newly refurbished Information Resource Centre and F Block. The Expo ran in conjunction with the Year 11 2018 Information Night, so that current Year 10 students could see the pathways they might need to take in the senior years in order to have their desired options once they finish Year 12.
The evening also provided senior students with vital information as they look to make the transition from Year 12 to the workforce or further education.
The College congratulates Karen Hundy, the College’s Careers Advisor and VET Coordinator, and her team of staff and students who put on a successful and informative event for the students of the Isabella Campus.
If students are still unsure about their future, they are able to seek counselling with Miss Hundy. This can be arranged by emailing her through Groupwise.

St Mary of the Cross MacKillop made the statement: “We are but travellers here, so while we are here we should do as much good as we can and live in peace with each other.”
With this in mind, the College respectfully acknowledges the Ngunnawal people who are the Traditional Custodians and First People of the land on which we gather each day. The College also pays its respects to the Elders past, present and emerging, and any other Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples living and working in the MacKillop community.
