Careers Advice & Support

CareersWeb2

MacKillop students have access to a Careers Advisor, who can connect students with Australian School-Based Apprenticeships, work experience, and employment opportunities, as well as providing information about the workplace and further learning.

Students have the opportunity to learn about careers and the workplace through the curriculum, via the Work Studies or Pathways to Work and Learning subjects, or through MacKillop's wide range of Vocational Education and Training courses.

Information for students is available through the Careers Page on Canvas, as well as the MacKillop Careers website:

Acknowledgement of Country

St Mary of the Cross MacKillop made the statement: “We are but travellers here, so while we are here we should do as much good as we can and live in peace with each other.”

With this in mind, the College respectfully acknowledges the Ngunnawal people who are the Traditional Custodians and First People of the land on which we gather each day. The College also pays its respects to the Elders past, present and emerging, and any other Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples living and working in the MacKillop community.
